1. BENEFITS FOR CARDHOLDER
1）Ordinary cardholders are entitled to 10% discount on food and beverage consumptions, Gold cardholders are entitled to 15% discount on food and beverage consumption (discounts are not applicable to 15% service charge.);
2）Cardholders can exchange the awarded points (received for consumption at one of the restaurants and bars) into prizes. (See prize details)
3）Cardholders will be added to the hotel's circulation lists for promotional material. (Cardholder should have consumption record in the latest 6 months)
4）If a cardholder spends more than RMB50,000 within one year after issuing the card, an automatic upgrade to a Gold Card will occur. 2. MEMBERSHIP
The Garden Card is valid for the cardholder only and cannot be lent or transferred to any other person.
Note: The hotel reserves the right to withdraw the card without notice.
3. APPLICATION
Membership is free of charge. Application will be submitted and approved by the managers of hotel.
Note: In case of damage or loss, please contact the hotel immediately.
4. VALIDITY
The card is valid at all Restaurants and Bars.
Note:
1) Membership discounts are not valid in combination with any other coupons or special discounts.
2) Discounts don't apply to any settled bills or to any credit accounts and apply only when the Garden Card is handed over to hotel staff upon settling bill.
5. PAYMENT CONDITION
1) The payment should be settled by cash, credit card or by signing the bill (for staying guests only) .
2) Any payment by bank transfer is not acceptable
3) Cardholder is entitled to use Garden Card for up to 10 persons per table.
6. EXPIRATION
No consumption record of linked to usage of Garden Card or consumption under RMB5,000 within one year after issuing the card, the card will loose its validity and this cardholder can not apply again in the next year.
